At the designated time, we'll meet at the gate of Honganji Temple and set off to explore what was once the largest fish market in the world.

Our first stop is an exclusive insider experience that most tourists never get: a behind-the-scenes visit to a 60-year-old seafood restaurant. While the outer market streets fill up with visitors, we'll head inside to watch the chefs at work during their morning preparation, learn how the market's distribution system operates, and discover the extraordinary dedication behind serving Tokyo's freshest fish.

Next, we'll sit down for a premium tasting featuring some of Japan's most prized seafood. We'll try Nakaochi (tuna rib meat) and a 3-part tuna comparison: Zuke (marinated), Chutoro (medium fatty tuna), and Otoro (premium fatty tuna), followed by small portions of Uni (sea urchin) and Ikura (salmon roe). Our guide will walk us through how to taste each one properly, so you can appreciate not just the flavors but the culture behind them.

From there, we'll head into the vibrant streets of the Tsukiji Outer Market for more street food. We'll try fluffy Tamagoyaki (rolled omelette) or savory eel skewers, and browse beautifully crafted ceramics and legendary Japanese chefs' knives.
