Boat Ride Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at Molo Maloncello, the pier of Santa Margherita Ligure. Here, we'll hop on a boat to begin sailing along the waters of the Ligurian Sea. Let's go!
During the journey, you'll have access to an informative audioguide in English to hear fascinating information, stories, and anecdotes about the places we pass by. First, we'll reach the Portofino Lighthouse, an unparalleled symbol of this charming fishermen's town. From here, you'll enjoy privileged views of the coastline. You'll be amazed by the scenic views!
We'll continue sailing toward the Punta del Vessinaro to head to the Baia di San Fruttuoso, where you'll find the abbey of the same name, an architectural gem nestled between the sea and the mountain.
The waters of San Fruttuoso are also home to the famous Christ of the Abyss, a submerged statue of Jesus Christ (55 feet) 17 meters deep. Here, we'll make a stop so you can take a refreshing dip. Plus, you'll have snorkeling masks on board to enjoy the beauty of the seabed.
On the journey back, we'll pass the Church of San Giorgio, located on a cliff with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Afterward, we'll head to the Baia di Paraggi, known for its golden sand and turquoise waters.
We'll also sail around secret coves such as Baia Cannone and La Olivetta, two small paradises where you'll be fully immersed in pristine nature and tranquility.
Finally, after 1.5 hours of sailing, we'll return to the starting point.
