Ready to enjoy one of the most spectacular bicycle routes in Spain? It's time to pedal along the Senda del Oso! At the designated time, we'll meet at the bicycle rental offices in the small town of Entrago.
Once at the meeting point, we'll provide you with your bicycle and helmet, along with the instructions to enjoy this route without missing anything. Afterward, you can start pedaling! During the rental time, you'll have your bike to go along the Senda del Oso, a former mining railroad track transformed into one of Asturias' most beautiful Vías Verdes (Greenways).
Throughout almost 12.42 miles (20 kilometers), you'll cycle in wild nature and the charming Asturian countryside. With your bikes, you'll cross through lush forests, breathtaking gorges, and rivers with crystal-clear waters.
Plus, this route is perfect for families, as it's suitable for all levels and ages. As you pedal, you'll find bridges and tunnels, and, if you're lucky, you'll have the chance to admire the area's typical fauna. Will you get to spot a bear?
Once you reach the lower part of the route, we'll be waiting for you to take a minibus back to the meeting point so you can rest.
Finally, between 2 and 3.5 hours, we'll say goodbye at the meeting point.
