Come with us to cycle across the waters of Condado Lagoon on this water bike tour. We'll pass under bridges that mark the boundary with San Juan Bay.
Tour Details
Ready to explore one of the most fascinating ecosystems in San Juan? The tour will begin after meeting at the designated time at Avenida Manuel Fernández Juncos, where, after an introduction, we'll hand over the two-seater water bicycles and we'll get ready to take part in a 30-minute preparation session on the shores of Condado Lagoon.
Feeling confident on the aquatic bikes? It's so easy! We'll begin cycling as we venture into the estuary, a natural paradise surrounded by beautiful landscapes, on the border with San Juan Bay.
Throughout the route, we'll sail under the iconic bridges in Puerto Rico's capital, including Guillermo Esteves, Dos Hermanos, Ferrocarril, and San Antonio, each one holding its own unique history.
We'll continue until we reach the impressive San Jerónimo Castle. This 17th-century building, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will offer us one of the most beautiful views of the Condado Lagoon. Cameras at the ready?
Additionally, as we cycle, don't forget to look into the water, as you'll be able to see some examples of rays, turtles, and, if we're lucky, manatees.
After a total of 45 minutes to 1 hour gliding over the water, we'll reach our original meeting point, where this experience will come to an end.
