If you're passionate about wine, you can't miss this tour of the Artesa Winery, one of the most unique wineries in the Napa Valley. You'll discover the perfect fusion between the Spanish wine culture from the Raventós Codorníu family and Californian style.
Wine Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the entrance of Artesa Winery, and once we're all gathered, we'll begin this guided tour of the winery's installations.
In 1991, the Raventós Codorníu family started an adventure in the Napa Valley to plant new roots, continuing with a wine culture of over 460 years. From this adventure, the Artesa Winery was born in 1997, whose name evokes the word “artesano” in Catalán, which means craftsman.
Artesa Winery is surrounded by over 60 hectares (148 acres) of hills, half of which are planted with a wide range of grape varieties and selections of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. During the tour, we'll explore the winery's facilities to discover its architecture and history.
As we stroll along its vast vineyards and barrel rooms, you'll see how every Artesa wine is treated in the most meticulous way possible. From the selection of high-quality grapes to the step-by-step production process, everything is done with the objective of preserving the best aromas and flavors.
Finally, as it couldn't be in any other way, we'll finish our tour on a high note with a wine tasting in a privileged setting with views of the vineyards.
