The Solés Anchovy Factory-Museum has preserved its family tradition since 1888. During this visit with an audio guide in English, you'll be able to explore its facilities while you learn about the salting process of the renowned anchovies of La Escala.
In this factory converted into a museum, you'll go on a journey through the five generations of the Solés anchovy tradition. The museum has audiovisual material and interactive activities that teach visitors about the different stages in the production of their products.
Once the visit to the factory is over, you'll enjoy a tasting of Solés anchovies on an outdoor terrace, a great plan with family or friends. You won't be able to resist visiting the store before leaving!
