In this guided tour of Bodegas Gratias, we'll taste their wines & walk through the winemaking rooms to discover the secrets of their production - a must if you're in Casas-Ibáñez!
At the appointed time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Gratias winery, located in the heart of the Cabriel Valley wine-growing region. It's the perfect place for the production of wines with an authentic Mediterranean spirit. Upon arrival, we'll be welcomed with a glass of wine, the perfect way to get our experience going!
During a two-hour visit to the Gratias winery, we'll learn about the values of this family-run, artisanal wine tourism centre. They carry out a sustainable, responsible and environmentally and socially conscious project, as they protect the native grape varieties of the area. In fact, did you know that their wines are organic and natural?
In addition to exploring the different rooms that make up the winery and learning about the traditional way in which their wines are made, we'll enjoy a tasting of four varieties of Gratias wine: three reds and one white.
All this will be paired with a selection of gourmet tapas typical of the area such as Santoña Anchovies, Mazarrón salted tuna and almonds, sheep's cheese from Fuente Álamo and honey from the Ayora Valley or chocolate and salt flakes.
