What are the seabeds of Curaçao like? Now you can find out with this snorkeling activity in Willemstad, which also includes a barbecue lunch in the Curaçao Underwater Marine Park.
Activity Details
At the designated time, we'll set off from Village Marina Caracasbaai in Willemstad and embark on a peaceful boat trip along the southern coast of Curaçao. Did you know that this part of the Dutch Caribbean is ideal for shallow snorkeling?
We'll sail to the famous Tug Boat, the sunken ship where we'll make our first stop. Once there, we'll provide you with masks so you can snorkel in the waters of Curaçao. From then on, you'll have 45 minutes of free time to admire the tropical fish, coral reefs, and other marine treasures.
In these crystal-clear waters, you'll be supervised at all times by the instructor so you can snorkel with complete peace of mind. Plus, those who wish can lie down, sunbathe, and relax while the rest of the group continues exploring the underwater wonders of Curaçao.
After this unforgettable experience, we'll continue sailing along the island's southern coast to another point in Curaçao's waters. We'll dock in an area of turquoise waters to enjoy a barbecue lunch on board. The menu includes different types of meat, salads, and fruits. If you wish, you can request a vegetarian or vegan option. You can also enjoy an open bar with a selection of soft drinks, juices, and different alcoholic beverages.
After lunch, you can relax for a few minutes on the deck of the boat, and then we'll begin our return journey to the starting point, where we'll conclude this activity 4.5 hours after it began.
