On this whale watching tour at sunset, witness the world's largest mammal in its natural habitat, bathed in the last golden rays of daylight.
Sunset Whale Watching Trip
At the scheduled time, we'll meet up at the port of Dallas Road 1 in Victoria, where we start a very special boat ride through the Haro and Juan de Fuca Straits.
We'll board the boat and start to drift away from Vancouver Island as the sunset turns the sky into a beautiful warm orange glow. We'll cruise the waters off the west coast of British Columbia in search of the magnificent Canadian humpback whales which swim through the waters of the Salish Sea.
It's not just these amazing cetacean creatures we'll encounter! During the trip, we'll also meet other wonderful species such as sea lions, killer whales, seals, and birds. Along the way, we will learn all about the characteristics of the whales and about the local area of Victoria.
We'll end this activity four hours later back at the original starting point.
