The skippered boat to visit the Borromean Islands departs from the Port of Stresa or from the pier you have chosen. You can also choose whether you want to visit 1, 2 or 3 islands.
Booking this charter, you'll have the private boat with a skipper at your disposal from 9 am to 6 pm. During the tour, you can get on and off the boat as many times as you want, taking into account the schedule and the islands you want to visit. You decide!
The tour will end at the time of your choice at the meeting point.
Crystal clear waters, mountains with lush vegetation, picturesque cottages... During the boat trip, we'll enjoy the stunning scenery of Lake Maggiore. When we arrive at your chosen islands, you'll be able to explore them at your leisure.
In the Borromean Archipelago there are three small islands: Isola Madre, Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori. If you love nature, Isola Madre is known for its botanical garden and for housing the Palazzo Borromeo.
If you prefer to go to Isola Bella, you can visit the summer palace of Count Vitaliano VI and its Renaissance garden. You can also walk the streets of Isola dei Pescatori, meaning the 'Fishermen's Island', the only one in the archipelago that is still inhabited. There we recommend trying some delicious fish at a local restaurant.
