Altinbesik Cave, Avasun and Ürünlü Tour
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Side and head towards the Taurus Mountains, an impressive mountain chain that is home to small charming villages with unforgettable landscapes. Let's go!
Our first stop will be Avasun, known as the 'laurel village'. Here, we'll ascend to 1200 meters (3937 ft) above sea level to enjoy unforgettable views of the Green Canyon, the Green Lake and Manavgat.
Nearby, we'll find the small village of Ürünlü, famous for its curious button houses. What does this mean? What makes these houses special? Thanks to our guide, we'll learn all the secrets of this Turkish village inside a traditional house, where you can buy a tea or a coffee.
The next stop will take us to Altınbeşik Cave National Park, where we'll take an exciting boat ride on the largest underground lake in Turkey. We'll cruise among impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations in the Golden Cradle Cave.
After a 20-minute boat ride, we'll refuel with a full traditional lunch at a restaurant in Ormana. Afterwards, we'll visit Sarihacilar Köyü, where we'll visit a traditional house and admire an over 650-year-old Ottoman mosque.
Finally, we'll return to Side and say goodbye at your hotel about 9 hours after pickup.
