At the appointed time, we'll meet at Seward Hwy and take a minibus to the Resurrection River. Ready for an adventure?
Before we start rafting on the Resurrection River, we'll give you some practical tips on how to paddle properly. Then, we'll get into the canoes and start rafting down the river while admiring the beautiful environment that surrounds us.
During the tour, we'll see breathtaking waterfalls, navigate fun and exciting rapids, and admire Alaska's towering mountains - equal parts nature and adrenaline!
The river currents will also enable us to get a close-up view of the Exit Glacier, one of the most famous glaciers in Kenai Fjords National Park. We'll explain how these landscapes have been shaped over time and analyze the effects of climate change on these colossal blocks of ice.
Finally, we'll return to the mainland and board the minibus that will take us back to Seward. After a total of four hours, we'll arrive back at the starting point.
