Setúbal Tourist Train
The Setúbal tourist train departs from the Casa da Baia and sets off down the Portuguese coast. During the hour-long ride, you'll get to admire spectacular locations such as the Jardim da Beira Mar gardens with the Troia peninsula in the background, the Sado River, the Atlantic Ocean and the natural reserve of the Sado Estuary.
You'll pass by landmarks and monuments such as the Estatua do Navegador statue, the Museo do Trabalho museum, the Mercado do Livramento market and much more. What's more, the audio guide will tell you all about the places you see on the route!
To finish off the tour, you'll pass by the famous Monastery of Jesus church, one of the first examples of Manueline architecture. The route ends back at the starting point.
