The Santander sightseeing bus is a practical way to see one of the most beautiful cities on the north coast of Spain. You can get on and off as you wish and explore the city at your own pace.
The Santander hop-on hop-off bus has 9 stops and a 40-minute-long route. You'll see all the tourist areas in one of Spain's most popular destinations on board a double-decker open-topped bus. And throughout the journey, you'll enjoy recorded commentary in English, telling you all you need to know about the places you're passing.
Hills, cliffs, beaches... on the sightseeing bus, you can visit some of the most interesting spots in Santander, such as Sardinero beach, the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Ascension, Puerto Chico, the Maritime Museum, or the Magdalena Palace, the best-known building in the city.

Important: Stop 3 will be out of service until further notice due to construction in the area.
The ticket is valid for 24 hours from its first use, that is to say, if the ticket is used on Monday at 3 pm, it'll be valid until Tuesday at 3 pm. Over this period, you can get on and off the buses as many times as you like.
Although you'll be asked to select a start date during booking, you can start using the service within 12 months from the selected date.
To complete the Santander experience, the ticket includes a trip around the Magdalena Peninsula on board the sightseeing train. You'll enjoy a 20-minute panoramic tour of this beautiful spot, and you'll be able to see the emblematic Magdalena Palace, a former summer home of the Spanish monarchy. This way, you'll be entitled to a return trip in this vehicle, as well as unlimited use of the sightseeing bus for 24 hours.
The Santander hop-on hop-off bus runs from 10 am to 7 pm, with buses departing every 35 minutes (on weekends) and 75 minutes (from Monday to Friday).
The Magdalena sightseeing train runs from 10 am to 2 pm and 3:30 pm to 6:20 pm with a frequency of 20 minutes.
