Day Trip Details
Between 8 and 9:20 am, we'll pick you up from your chosen meeting point and start touring north-eastern La Palma.
To kick off our day trip, we'll visit Enamorado Waterfall. This naturally formed balcony boasts unparalleled views of the palm-covered mountains in this area. We'll see how this ecosystem gives way to the steep coastal cliffs and discover the legend hidden in the sculpture that crowns this viewpoint.
Next, we'll make a brief stop by the small Church of San Bartolo so you can have a coffee on your own before we continue with our day trip.
Once we're back on the road, we'll pass through the village of San Andrés and hop off the minibus for a short 30-minute walk. We'll admire its extensive banana plantations until we get to the beach in Puerto Espindola. From here, we'll make our way to Charco Azul's beautiful natural pools.
Our adventure will then take us to the Aldea rum distillery, where we'll discover how this drink is made from sugar cane. Afterwards, we'll visit the viewpoints of La Tosca and Fajana de Barlovento and take lots of fantastic photos.
We'll leave you an hour of free time so that you can have lunch in Los Sauces. Afterwards, we'll walk around the paved area of Cubo de la Galga, where we'll admire its laurel forest.
We'll bring our adventure to an end between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm at the starting point.
