Es la 2da vez que visito Versalles. La logística de la empresa fue buena, todo muy rápido y tal cual lo explican previo al paseo. Lo único que tengo que acotar es que la guía Leonor no me gustó. Iba como atolondrada, su vestimenta no era las apropiada para un guía y sus explicaciones era muy vacía y superficial. He hecho muchas visitas guiadas y mis expectativas son muy altas en cuanto a esto. Sin embargo algo positivo que sí puedo decir es que estaba muy pendiente del grupo en todo momento.

This is my second time visiting Versailles. The company's logistics were good; everything was very quick and exactly as explained before the tour. My only complaint is that I didn't like our guide, Leonor. She seemed rushed, her attire wasn't appropriate for a guide, and her explanations were very vague and superficial. Mucha puntualidad en el tour y cómoda la entrada sin colas ni esperas. Nuestra guía Marisa muy amable en todo momento. La visita al interior del Palacio con Rubén (el guía que nos esperó en la puerta del Palacio) fue excelente. Clara y abundante y estuvo pendiente del grupo y dando indicaciones todo el tiempo. Esa parte un 10 En cuanto a la organización del viaje en autobús UN DESASTRE. A la llegada al parking la encargada se bajó corriendo y se fue con los ingleses y los españoles tuvimos que estar avisando unos a otros cuando vimos dónde era. Duración con visita jardines total 9 horas..muy bien La visita con Rubén guía de Granada una maravilla, nos guio y explicó el palacio historia del mismo de los Reyes que ahí vivieron auge y decadencia del Palacio y fue muy buena, gran divulgador, supo contar de manera amena y veraz la historia e intrahistoria del palacio. Los auriculares que nos dió el guía no funcionaban bien , no siempre se lo escuchaba, después de la visita al palacio nos dejó solos para ir al Trianon Petit y Gran , sin darnos información suficiente, como las distancias , era un día de calor , cuando contraté el servicio pensé que me iban a llevar a esos lugares , deberían aclararlo antes .

Muy cara para que te den 4 datos y te enseñen por encima el palacio teniendo que verlo después de que te dejó la guía porque mientras hacías la visita no te dejaban parar.Después a penas te puedes parar en los jardines. porque si quieres ver la aldea de M.Antonieta qué estaba incluida en el precio tienes 30 min andando para ir y otros 30 para venir.Es decir 1 hora.Se puede alquilar cochecito o trenecito pero te cobran también por ello. Me parece bastante estafa.

Very expensive for just a few facts and a cursory look at the palace, which you have to see after the guide leaves because they don't let you stop during the tour. La visita estuvo bien y la guía muy buena pero los auriculares utilizados durante la visita tienen una calidad de sonido muy mala, si subes el volumen es dañino para el oído y si lo bajas no te enteras de nada. Una actividad correcta ya que nuestra guía es una profesional que conoce a la perfección la historia y función de Versalles tanto en lo pasado como en lo presente por eso un 10 de 10 la parte mala fue la gestión del traslado ya que a la vuelta volvimos con mi pareja con el grupo de las 16:20 y justo llegaba al parking a las 16:21 y el autocar salía sin siquiera mirar atrás por lo que nos tocó buscarnos la vida para volver a París por esa parte resultó mal la experiencia

La actividad por lo general bien. Recordar llevar protector solar si viajáis en verano. Se puede comer bien en el restaurante del parque( Le Flottille) Con carta de alérgenos y posibilidad de comer sin gluten. Pregunté por la contaminación cruzada. Lo que no me gusto es que el/la conductor/a del autobús, se macho de la parada 5 minutos antes de lo acordado, sin tener en cuenta que faltaba gente, casi dejan gente en Versalles . También remarcar una consumición muy brusca.

La excurción al Castillo, el Trianon y la aldea de la reina es espectacular. Lo que no estuvo a la altura fue la guía, se notaba que no tenía experiencia, costaba escucharla y no transmitía ninguna emoción durante el recorrido. Otro punto fue que se nos hizo muy larga la espera para que el micro nos llevara de regreso, hacía mucho calor y ya no había mas nada para hacer. El único lugar para sentarse y tomar algo para esperar era muy chico y estaba saturado.

El grupo era muy grande y había mucha gente en el Palacio ( lo cual no es culpa de Vds. ). La guía Marionne fue lo mejor a pesar de la dificultad de hacer una visita así. Y el tiempo para estar en los jardines es excesivo máxime en un día de tanto calor como ayer

La excursión estuvo bien, dentro de lo que se esperaba. La guía muy simpática y predispuesta, merecería 4 estrellas pero le pongo 3 porque el equipo de audioguia funcionaba mal, no sólo el mío sino que claramente ella tenía un problema en la transmisión. Por esto me perdí varias explicaciones. Una lástima.
