Once you enter Toro Verde Eco Adventure Park, you can head to the El Monstruo zip line at the indicated time. Are you ready?
After brief safety instructions, you'll be ready to glide at full speed through the trees of the Orocovis Valley. To do so, we'll climb up to the launching platform and get ready to take flight!
There waiting for you is the longest zipline in the Americas, measuring in at 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles) - the equivalent of 28 football pitches. Once you've settled yourself, you'll step out from the platform and begin your 5-minute ziplining experience. During your flight, you'll reach a speed of 150 kilometers per hour (93 miles per hour) as you fly 380 meters (1250 feet) above the ground.
At the end of the zip line, you'll arrive at another platform in the adventure park, where we'll conclude the activity.
Please note that in order to participate in this activity, you'll have to be over 120 centimeters (47 inches) tall. The minimum weight to be able to climb the zip line is 45 kilograms (100 pounds) and the maximum weight is 122 kilograms (269 pounds).
