Have you ever dreamed of exploring the ocean's depths like Captain Nemo? This submarine ride in Aruba offers you a one-of-a-kind opportunity in life to discover the fascinating seabed of the Caribbean Sea without scuba diving. You'll love it!
Activity Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at Lloyd Smith Boulevard, number 82, in Oranjestad to kick off our submarine adventure. Ready?
Here, we'll climb on board a boat that will take us on a lovely ride along the coast of Aruba to the diving site. During the journey, the crew will tell us fascinating facts about the area and the 65-feet-long (20 m) submarine that awaits us.
Once we reach the diving site, it will be the most anticipated moment: it's time to board the submarine! In its interior, completely air-conditioned, each passenger will have their own panoramic window so you don't miss any details of the Caribbean's seabed.
As we descend into the sea's deep blue, we'll tell you the secrets of the reefs that appear before your eyes. We'll see banks of angel fish, parrotfish, red porgy, and even barracudas. However, the jewel of this expedition is the sunken ships, historic remains that the ocean has reclaimed and turned into impressive artificial reefs filled with life. Amazing!
Finally, after reaching a depth of 137 ft (42 m), we'll start our ascent to the surface and the journey back to the port of Oranjestad, where our experience will end after a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes.
