The Los Angeles City Sightseeing bus has 3 different routes that will take you to the most important tourist attractions in the City of Stars. Throughout the bus ride, you'll enjoy commentary in English about the places you'll see from this open-top vehicle.
Some of the most interesting stops on the tour are: Dolby Theatre, Guitar Center, the Four Seasons Hotel, Paramount Pictures on Vine Street, the Santa Monica Pier, the Walt Disney Concert Center, and Chinatown.

How Does It Work?
The Los Angeles City Sightseeing Bus ticket is valid for 24, 48, or 72 consecutive hours from the time it's first used. Meaning, if you purchase a 24-hour ticket and it's activated on a Monday at 3 pm, it'll be valid until Tuesday at 3 pm. During this period, you'll be able to get on and off the buses as many times as you wish.
Please note that, although a start date is requested when making the reservation, you can use the service within 12 months of the date indicated.
Schedules & Frequency
The Los Angeles City Sightseeing bus schedules are as follows:
- Red route: operates daily from 10 am to 4:30 pm with a 45-minute frequency
- Yellow route: operates daily from 9:30 am to 4:13 pm with a 45-minute frequency
- Purple route: operates daily at 10 am, 10:45 am, 11:45 am, 1:10 pm, and 2 pm

Please keep in mind that Stop 82 (Barnard Way / Ocean Park Boulevard) on the Santa Monica Tour is no longer in operation.
