If you're looking for a comfortable way to visit Lisbon without missing a thing, the Lisbon City Sightseeing bus has it all. By booking your ticket, you'll ensure you reach the most emblematic sites of the Portuguese capital at your own pace.
The bus offers three different routes, all departing from the central Marquês de Pombal Square, the heart of modern Lisbon. Thanks to the City Sightseeing bus, you can travel comfortably around the city and discover landmarks such as São Jorge Castle, the Lisbon Oceanarium, Belém Tower, and the Monument to the Discoveries. Furthermore, thanks to the onboard audio guide, you'll learn the history of each of the monuments you see.
The Lisbon sightseeing bus routes are as follows:
- Red Route: this line takes you to Lisbon's most iconic landmarks, such as the Príncipe Real district, Bairro Alto, Belém Tower, and Jerónimos Monastery.
- Blue Route: this route explores the city's most charming neighborhoods and passes by highlights such as the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, Eduardo VII Park, the Water Museum, and the National Tile Museum.
- Green Route: this route is ideal for ascending to São Jorge Castle, a route specially designed to save you the strenuous climb to Lisbon's iconic fortress.

How Does It Work?
The ticket is valid for 1 day from the moment it's first used. During this time, you can hop on and off the bus as many times as you want, allowing you to explore places like the Mercado da Ribeira, the National Coach Museum, and the Santa Justa Lift.
Although you'll be asked for a start date during the booking process, you can use the service for up to 3 months after the indicated date. When you book, we'll email you a booking confirmation that you'll need to print and show on the first bus you board.

The Lisbon sightseeing bus operates daily at the following times:
- Red Route: operates from 9:30 am to 6 pm, every 30 minutes
- Blue Route: operates from 9:30 am to 6 pm, every 90 minutes
- Green Route: operates from 10 am to 6 pm, every 25 minutes
