During this Grand Canyon day trip, we'll travel by aircraft to the West Rim or the Grand Canyon National Park (South Rim) to discover its panoramic viewpoints - a complete experience!
Day Trip Details
At the time of booking, you can choose from the following options. All include pickup and drop–off from your hotel in Las Vegas and entrance to the Grand Canyon. Here are the details for each option:
Grand Canyon Day Trip (7 Hours)
After picking you up at your selected meeting point early in the morning, we'll head to the terminal at Boulder City Airport, located very close to the center of Las Vegas. There, we'll check in and start the adventure.
For about 35 minutes, we'll fly over the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Boulder City, and the Colorado River until we reach the West Rim, home of the Hualapai tribe. There you'll have free time to explore the different viewpoints in the area and marvel at the views.
Plus, in this area, you can take a minibus that makes stops at emblematic places such as Guano Point, Eagle Point, and Hualapai Indian Village.
If you want, you can also book the option without the descent by helicopter, which includes the famous Skywalk, a viewpoint 4265 ft (1300 m) high with a glass floor.
After some free time, we'll take the plane again. After the 35-minute return flight, we'll take you back to the meeting point.
Grand Canyon Day Trip + Helicopter Descent (7 Hours)
This is undoubtedly the most comprehensive Grand Canyon tour. After the light aircraft flight to the West Rim, we'll arrive at our destination and take a helicopter ride to the base of the canyon. On this incredible adventure, you'll have the opportunity to see this work of nature in all its splendor; it'll be a unique experience!
Once downstream, we'll enjoy a leisurely 20-minute boat ride on the Colorado River. From the boat, you'll be able to admire the gorge's walls as they tower over either side of the river.
We'll then return by helicopter to the top of the canyon, where you can take a shuttle to visit spectacular spots like Guano Point, Eagle Point, or the famous Skywalk on your own, which is included.
The tour ends by returning to the starting point to take the plane to Las Vegas. Once we land, we'll take you back to the meeting point.
Grand Canyon National Park - South Rim Day Trip (9.5 Hours)
If you go with this option, you'll kick things off with a 140-minute flight in a small plane, including the one-way and return. This flight will offer you awesome aerial views of the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River. Plus, you'll get to hear some fun facts about these spots from an audio guide during the flight.
Next, we'll soar over the West Rim and the central part of the Grand Canyon until we reach the Grand Canyon National Park (South Rim), the most popular area. Here, you'll find attractions like Ra's Tower and the Kaibab National Forest, among others.
After landing, we will take a Hummer tour of the Grand Canyon National Park. On this 2-hour route we'll see incredible places in the park, only accessible in this type of vehicle, and enjoy a picnic lunch.
Finally, we'll return to the plane to fly back to Las Vegas. Once in Sin City, we'll take you to your hotel, where we'll end the tour after 9.5 hours of adventure.
