At the designated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Monte de Salicos winery to start this experience. We'll walk along the rows of vines to understand the esta experiencia. Pasearemos entre las hileras de vides para entender el terroir of the area, the varieties of local grapes, and how the influence of the sea and the weather defines the personality of the Algarve wines.
After discovering the secrets of the vineyard, we'll head to an exclusive space with views of the grapevines. Here, a showcooking experience will start, where an expert will prepare right before your eyes four gourmet tapas made with local, seasonal ingredients. Each bite will be designed to perfectly pair with a selection of four Algarve wines, creating a symphony of flavors that highlight the region's identity.
To make this moment even more magical, the experience will have live traditional Portuguese music. You'll have a great time with a relaxed, authentic, and sophisticated atmosphere!
