If you're looking for an exciting activity in La Orotova, come on this descent down Los Arcos Canyon! It'll be an unforgettable experience in Tenerife!
We'll meet at the designated time in the parking of Restaurante Los Andes, on the TF-21 road and, from this point in La Ortava, we'll go on a short drive. Please note that you must go in your own vehicle, following the guide's car.
After a 20-minute journey along the road, we'll reach Los Arcos ravine. Once there, we'll gear up with all the necessary equipment and learn some of the basic safety measures. Once we're ready, we'll begin an exciting descent with ropes along a dry canyon.
Along this initial route, perfect for beginners, we'll practice abseiling down different trails between walls of volcanic ash. The tallest of them all is 20 metres (65 feet) high!
Lastly, we'll begin walking up the ravine until we reach the spot where we parked the cars. Here, we'll conclude this activity, which, depending on the group's pace, will last a total of 4 to 5 hours.
