2-day pass for 2 people 19/20-2026. The only museum I managed to enter with the pass was the Muzeum Czartoryskich Oscar Schindler's factory, even though it had the krakow pass symbol I had to pay the entrance. So also at the museum of the old synagogue. I was disappointed

Fatal. Nunca en mis viajes me había pasado esto. Compre dos tarjetas y resulta que no podías entrar en casi ningún museo. Tuve que abonar todas las entradas. Es una forma de engañar a la gente. Terrible. This has never happened to me before in all my travels. I bought two passes and it turns out I couldn't get into almost any museums. I had to pay for all the entrance fees. It's a way of ripping people off. I've always booked through this agency and never had any problems. O si fanno la maggior parte di quei musei altrimenti non ne vale la pena. E mi hanno detto che non era valido per il museo sotterraneo!!

La card vale solo per vedere il Museo che ospita la Dama con l’Ermellino saltando la chilometrica fila, e il Museo Ebraico dell Galizia, per il resto non vale la pena. Da non fare assolutamente quella con i trasporti inclusi.

The card is only valid for visiting the museum housing the Lady with an Ermine, skipping the miles-long line, and the Jewish Museum of Galicia; otherwise, it's not worth it. Definitely don't get the one with transportation included.

No digo que no valga la pena, pero se deben considerar varias cosas: 1- los lunes esta casi todo cerrado; 2-los martes hay muchas actividades incluidas en la KC que son gratuitas.; 3- Casi todas las actividades son muy económicas. La carta non vale assolutamente il suo prezzo. I musei o le attrazioni incluse ... impossibile farle tutte ... sono cmq molto economiche così come i trasporti ... tra l'altro la città è molto piccola per cui si va dappertutto a piedi. Le attrazioni più interessanti come il Wavel e la miniera di sale non sono incluse. Denari buttati. Errore mio dovevo studiare meglio la cosa.

Rispetto alle informazioni consultate su internet prima dell’acquisto della Card (3 giorni attrazioni e trasporti) le attrazioni incluse erano solo una ventina ed escluse dalla Card alcune attrazione principali come museo underground e la Shindler prima incluse, ma l’ abbiamo scoperto al ritiro della card scannerizzando il QrCode. I musei inclusi sono molto belli ed interessanti e comoda la card soprattutto per i trasporti molto ben organizzati. Spererei in una maggior trasparenza.

Compared to the information consulted online before purchasing the Card (3 days of attractions and transportation), the included attractions were only about twenty, and some main attractions like the underground museum and the Schindler's were excluded from the Card, which we discovered when picking up the card by scanning the QR code. The included museums are very beautiful and interesting, and the card is especially convenient for transportation, which is very well organized. I would hope for greater transparency.
