With your ticket, you'll embark on an interactive journey packed with live actors, immersive sets, thrilling rides, and jaw-dropping special effects that bring Edinburgh's most notorious stories to life.
As you navigate through the dungeon's twisting corridors, you'll hear, see, and even smell the city's eerie past. Meet infamous figures like the murderous Burke and Hare, the cannibal Sawney Bean, and the fearsome witch Agnes Finnie. You'll feel the terror of the Black Plague and encounter the grim torture chamber where screams echo through the ages.

Although the minimum age is 5, this experience is not recommended for children under 8. In any case, children aged 5-15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please be aware that the experience takes place in a dark setting with loud noises, which may not be suitable for all children.
Please note that people with disabilities who purchase a standard ticket will qualify for one complimentary ticket for an accompanying person. The free ticket for the accompanying person can be requested on the day of the activity upon presentation of proof of disability.
