Sail around the south of Tenerife on board an eco-catamaran sailboat where you'll not only observe whales and dolphins but also hear the magical, strange sounds that these mammals emit. Plus, lunch is included!

Activity Options

During the booking process, you'll be able to choose between the following options:

3-Hour Trip

At the selected time, we'll meet at the port of Colon, located on Costa Adeje. We'll board the eco-catamaran boat, which has a capacity for up to 60 people, and set off in the search for these elusive sea creatures!

What's more, this tour takes place aboard an eco-friendly catamaran with a reduced carbon footprint thanks to its solar panels. This allows us to enjoy a quiet and environmentally friendly sightseeing experience.

Due to the marine currents that circulate the Canary Islands, we'll witness a variety of large cetacean creatures such as pilot whales and bottlenose dolphins. What you see on the day of your trip will depend on the weather conditions.

Not only will we see them swimming very close to us, but we'll also learn to understand their behavior by listening to them. These animals emit a diverse range of characteristic sounds as a way of communicating. Their language is so complicated that many experts recognize it as a ‘dialect’.

Halfway through our journey, we'll pause on our route so that you can also take a dip in the middle of the ocean. You can also recharge your batteries on board with a selection of sandwiches and aperitifs, including beer, soft drinks, and mineral water. What's more, you'll have a chance to take a tip in the ocean as well.

Lastly, after 3 hours, we'll head back to the departure port, ending this incredible and unique experience.

5-Hour Trip

On this option, we'll sail along the Teno-Rasca marine strip, a protected area and true sanctuary that's home to countless whales and dolphins. The water temperature, great depth, and abundance of food sources have made this a perfect habitat for these animals.

Depending on the ocean currents, we may spot bottlenose dolphins, pilot whales, or sperm whales. We'll share fascinating facts about these species and use underwater sound equipment to listen to the remarkable calls cetaceans use to communicate. It'll be incredible!

As we sail, we'll also take in the famous Los Gigantes cliffs and the peaceful bay of Masca, where we'll drop anchor so you can take a refreshing dip in the sea.

After your swim, we'll serve a delicious rice with chicken and vegetables on board, along with a fresh fruit tasting. Beer, soft drinks, and water are also included.

We'll wrap up this 5-hour experience by returning to the departure port.
