At the indicated time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Midleton Distillery to begin a tour that will transport us back in time to one of Ireland's most iconic whiskey houses.
We'll start by exploring the original distillery buildings, where we'll learn about the stories of the master distillers and workers who, through their efforts, have brought legendary brands to life. Did you know that some of the world's most renowned whiskeys are produced here?
Our tour will continue as we visit the warehouses, where oak barrels filled with the characteristic aroma of maturing whiskey rest. We'll learn about the "field to glass" process, discovering the secrets of distillation, fermentation and ageing.
To round off the experience, we'll enjoy a guided tasting of three exceptional whiskeys, including the famous Jameson. A treat for the palate!
