She gave us tickets for the tastings, along with the food you'd need (you get four different ones), a city map, the train ticket, and a map of the tour. La basílica de San Luca merece mucho la pena. Pero fue muy incómodo estar en un trenecito en el cual meten 4 pax por asiento, con el calor que hace, y a pesar de tener auriculares para escuchar en nuestro idioma, nos tocó una pareja que iba con guía particular que habló durante todo el viaje con alto volumen en inglés y no dejaba que el resto pudiéramos escuchar lo nuestro. A la vuelta aún peor, porque no había opción de auriculares. Muy caro por el servicio

The Basilica of San Luca is well worth a visit. But it was very uncomfortable being on a small train with only four people per seat, given the heat. Despite having headphones to listen to our language, we were paired with a private guide who spoke loudly in English throughout the entire trip, making it difficult for the rest of us to hear what we were saying. It was even worse on the way back because there were no headphones. The service was very expensive.

Tremenda tomadura de pelo, el viaje cuesta 13 euros, culpa mia de no mirarlo antes y acomodarme con civitatis cómo muchas veces he hecho, por supuesto ya no lo haré más y me preocuparé de comparar precios, lo de la degustación es lo que quieren justificar los 13 euros de más que pagué, que no es solo que un helado y un mini panino, no lo recomiendo a nadie, en la plaza puedes comprar los tickets sin problema.

What a rip-off! The trip costs 13 euros. It's my fault for not looking into it beforehand and getting it with Civitatis, as I've done many times. Of course, I won't do it again and I'll worry about comparing prices. The tasting is what they want to justify the 13 euros extra I paid, which isn't just an ice cream and a mini panini. I don't recommend it to anyone. You can buy tickets at the square without any problem.

disorganizzazione totale nel rientro. sarebbe preferibile chiedere ai viaggiatori di indicare un'orario di rientro o intensificare le corse nei week end per non costringere i clienti a stare per quasi 2 ore ad attendere un posto sul trenino del ritorno
