On this day trip to Guadalest and Altea, you'll discover two lovely towns in the province of Alicante and take a dip in the famous Fuentes del Algar.
At the designated time, we'll meet in front of the hotel entrance of the Benidorm Bus Station and begin this adventure to discover three gems of Alicante.
First, after a 30-minute road trip, we'll reach the Fuentes del Algar, a stunning natural landscape formed by spectacular waterfalls. Here, you'll also have free time to take a refreshing dip in these famous waterfalls of the province of Alicante.
Afterwards, we'll head to Guadalest, a picturesque town nestled in the mountains. First, we'll enjoy a 30-minute guided tour to hear about its spots and historical facts. Then, you'll have an hour of free time to continue exploring its streets and visit its museums. Did you know that this town has 8 museums even though it only has 200 inhabitants?
Next, we'll return to the bus and head to our next destination: Altea. Upon arrival, we'll go on a 30-minute walking tour to discover the Portal Vell, the Glorieta del Mar, and the Carmelina Sánchez Cutillas Square, among other sites. Once we finish our route, you'll have free time to grab some lunch.
Lastly, we'll return to our meeting point in Benidorm, where we'll conclude this day trip of approximately 9 hours.
