La guía no daba referencia de los tiempos de cómo iba a desarrollarse el tour, no daba tiempo de ir a los aseos, ni indicaba cuándo podríamos hacerlo, llevaba una niña que quería ir al baño y no daba opciones, para las explicaciones no buscaba la sombra para darlo,. El tour no especificaba si teníamos o no entrada al castillo y ella tampoco nos explicó que en realidad no valía la pena entrar, nos quedamos y tuvimos que pagar el fonicular e regreso. Muy decepcionada de esta visita y de pagar más.

The guide gave no indication of the tour's schedule, didn't allow time for restroom breaks, and didn't tell us when we could use them. She had a young child who needed to use the restroom and offered no alternatives. She didn't even try to find a shady spot to explain things. El tour estaba dividida en dos secciones diferenciadas, cuando en la información habla de una única de 10h. Esa falta de información hizo que tuviéramos que renunciar a parte del tour.La actividad de la mañana puntual, y la guía comprometida. La actividad de la tarde, aún constando que habían dos en dos horarios, 14:30 y 15:30, directamente nos obligaron a la segunda hora, De está solo puedo decir que hubo falta de puntualidad, problemas en organización con entradas.... Me gustó mucho, muy completa, hubiera sido bonito poder entrar al castillo de Montjuic, aún si eso condicionara un pago extra. Lo único que señalo para que se intente mejorar es que en las indicaciones del punto de encuentro se especifique que hay que llegar a la oficina de la empresa que da el tour dentro de la estación, porque no es claro y muchos llegamos a dónde nos dejaba el Google maps que era afuera y no sabíamos que había que llegar allí.

Tomé el tour con mi hijo menor de 12. Estuvo bien en general, sólo que podrían explicar un poco mejor los sitios históricos. Hay plazas que visitamos en donde se puede ver mucho más. Por ejemplo, cuando visitamos la catedral, no nos dijeron qué hay un acueducto Romano o bien el puente del obispo. Creo que puede mejorar mucho. El chofer y la guía muy amables.
