In this vast natural site, declared a World Network of Biosphere Reserves, we'll explore the area called Bardena Blanca. At this rocky site, you'll see a one-of-a-kind land filled with ravines, plains, and unique geological formations that will surely amaze you.
How did these formations come about? Could they change in appearance again? We'll answer these questions as we share many facts about the geology of the Bardenas Reales. Along this route in an offroading vehicle, we'll also make various stops so you can hop off and take pictures of the reserve's main natural monuments.
During the tour, we'll also try to spot native animals that inhabit the ecosystems of these landscapes. This is an area rich in biodiversity, especially known for its birds of prey, various reptiles like lizards and snakes, and different amphibians such as newts and frogs.
